1- Manage the use of the CARRING application for the loan of shopping carts.

Those over 18 years of age may register as users of the CARRING service. In the case of minors who are over 16 years of age, they may do so as long as they send, duly completed, the authorization that appears on the website www.carring.eu or that can be downloaded from the application, signed by the parent/ mother or a guardian of the minor, in which the corresponding declaration of assumption of responsibility in favor of the minor is recorded.
Minors under 16 years of age may not be CARRING users.
4. TO WICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
CARRING is the manager of the service so that the data will be processed directly by it.
The owner of the service will be the city council or the entity with competence in the territory or in the area where the Cart Parking Areas are established, so when necessary for the management of the service, data of the users of the service to these holders.
